The sixth sign that one is progressing to support harmonized Soul creation is when one has consciously developed the ability to intentionally 'feed' on another world. This is difficult as the ordinary conditions of life are not conducive for this feeding. However, with discipline, we can learn to feed in whatever conditions.
When I can completely relax with a fully sensitized body, pondering a concrete 'ideal' while sustaining an opening to conscience, a higher form of food can be ingested directly, nourishing all parts of the Soul simultaneously - lighting everything up like a Sun. This 'contemplation', that takes a great deal of preparation, is the beginning of a true bridge to another world.
When this intentional feeding becomes firmly established, the nutrition one receives becomes more important than ordinary food or even air - it becomes the very life-blood of what makes us human.
